The Dune of Cours (Kursu Kapa) - A unique wandering sand dune between the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Cours. The name comes from the ancient inhabitants of the region - the Cours. The Courland (Kurzeme in Latvian) also owes to cours for its name.
Klaipeda - the largest port in the Baltic States. It has a beautiful old town, interesting architecture and lots of art and exhibition halls. The main attraction for visitors - the Sea Museum and the Dolphinarium.
